Introducing the Bag Planning Calculator!

Image
Bag Planning Calculator "Welcome to our Bag Planning Calculator! Our calculator is finely tuned to handle precise measurements in inches and grams, ensuring accurate calculations for your bag production needs. Before you start, here are a few important points to consider: Bag Weight Adjustment: Remember to input the bag weight after deducting the weight of any prints, yarns, or Ez open stripes. This ensures that your calculations are tailored to your specific bag design. Measurement Accuracy: It's essential to input your measurements and weights accurately to achieve precise results. Even small variations can impact the final product. Bag Planning Calculator Bag width: Bag length: Mesh (Warp): Mesh (Weft): Hemming: Stitching: SFSS SFDS DFSS

Troubleshooting Guide for Tape Plant Operations

Image
In tape plant operations, the process involves several critical steps such as extrusion, quenching, slitting, stretching, annealing, and winding. Each step plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of the final tape product. However, various issues can arise during these processes, leading to defects in the tape. This troubleshooting guide aims to identify common problems encountered in tape plant operations, their possible causes, and appropriate solutions to address them effectively. Problem 1: Film Puncture Possible Causes: - Hold-up particles in the material - Inadequate heat stability of master batch - Insufficient moisture control in raw materials Solutions: - Replace the screen pack - Verify the moisture content of raw materials - Assess the heat stability of the master batch Problem 2: Gels, Hard or Unplasticized Profile Possible Causes: - Improper back pressure and temperature gradient - Moisture presence in the master batch - Die lip opening too wide Soluti

circular loom LOAD CELL SYSTEM (Installation & Calibration Procedure)

Image
LOAD CELL IN   MACHINE FOR WARP TAPE TENSION CONTROL •         OBJECTIVE: To monitor and maintain warp tape tension automatically, load cells have been introduced in the Looms. Load cells are mounted on the dancing roller just after the maxi drag roller & below the platform. The resultant tension of all the warp tapes on the roller is sensed continuously. Any change in the tension on the roller is detected by the load cell and proportional amount of current through amplifier card is fed to the inverter of inlet. Inverter computes the current & gives the output frequency to the inlet motor so as to maintain the set tension in the warp tapes. Weaving at constant tension give the good fabric quality. T is also very much helpful in weaving of low denier tapes.     Description of Load Cell & Related Parts : §   Load Cell : Load cell is used to sense the tension in the warp and supply the feedback parameter for the control loop.          •
