ReplyDeleteWhat is the Density
ReplyDeleteDensity is a measure of mass per volume. The average density of an object equals its total mass divided by its total volume. An object made from a comparatively dense material (such as iron) will have less volume than an object of equal mass made from some less dense substance (such as water).

ReplyDeleteHelp me with a formula for calculating the amount of temperature to use in the heaters for Tapeline machine
ReplyDeleteFirst know the MFI of the PP used. Low MFI higher temperature ( MFI 2-3.5,) higher MFI(4-6) lower temperature. Check the MDS ( Material data sheet) for temperature guide or check Google for the PP MDS.
DeleteFor a guide low MFI,Barrel temperature
Zone 1-230-240, Zone 2-6/8:255-270°C. For high MFI, Temperature Zone 1:230-240, Zone 2-6/8 245-255°C.

ReplyDeletePolyester geogrid offers superior tensile strength, allowing it to withstand heavy loads and reducing the risk of structural failure.
ReplyDeleteIf tape coming from tapeline is weak we need to add tape on loom? How to maintain the weight of Bales ?
ReplyDeleteBy "weak" do you mean low strength and elongation or low denier? The QC department should make sure the tapes produced for the specific fabric for loom meets the standards. As different fabrics have different specifications it is difficult to advise except you provide details. Addition of more warp ends to loom, or increase of weft density can be done but again the bags specification must not be ignored. If addition of 2-5% warp tapes does not go above specification that can be done, but consult your manager before altering any settings
