Fabric in witch we have to use different denier tapes for warp and weft is little complicated to calculate, So there is this calculator to calculate in seconds. just put the values in respected box and press "CALCULATE".

Please read the specification of each text-box below
Tubular Fabric Width:- There is two option Inch and Centimeter, Just insert the tubular fabric or circular flat size either in CM or Inch and select the respected radio button.

Fabric Linear Meter:- Insert the total demand length of the fabric in meter to be manufactured in looms.

Note:- Now there is two section warp and weft, in each there are two option denier and mesh,
the aim of the calculator is to give individual data for warp and weft, how ever if you are running same denier in both, just enter the data in warp section and leave the weft section blank.

Warp:- Denier of tapes along the fabric or we can say tapes which are to be used in creel .

Mesh:- Number of tapes of warp in one inch.

Weft:- Denier of tapes across the fabric  or we can say tapes which are to be used in shuttle.

Mesh:- Number of tapes of weft in one inch.


Results

Total fabric in kg:- Result is given in kg which is calculated by multiplying GPM and Fabric Linear meter and divided by 1000.


Fabric GSM and GPM:- It is calculated by using both warp and weft with their individual mesh.


Note:- Generally we use few denier less to tolerate variation, So use actual denier in calculation to get correct result.

Warp Contribution in kg:- Result is calculated for warp contribution only, in total fabric.

 
Weft Contribution in kg:- Result is calculated for weft contribution only, in total fabric.
